MEET LIZ & THE SUPPORT BEHIND YOUR MOVE
Real estate is personal, and so is the way I work. I’m Liz Anderson, your lead agent and guide through selling your home or relocating to Olympia. I keep my client list intentionally small so you always get thoughtful strategy, steady communication, and support that feels human.
Behind the scenes, I’m supported by Charlotte, my Transaction Coordinator, who helps keep timelines, paperwork, and communication running seamlessly. You may meet her in person or hear from her throughout the process, and trust me—you’ll be glad she’s part of your team.
Meet Liz
Hi there! I’m Liz Anderson, owner of Liz Anderson Properties and a real estate agent for nearly eight years. As a proud Olympia local, I focus on helping sellers and relocation clients move with clarity, confidence, and a plan that truly supports their next chapter. I’ve always believed in quality over quantity, so I work with a select number of clients each year to make sure you receive the time, attention, and hands-on guidance you deserve.
My approach is rooted in honest communication, thoughtful strategy, and a calm, steady presence—especially when real estate gets a little messy. Things don’t always go perfectly in this industry, but I’m here to navigate the bumps alongside you and keep the entire process grounded and solutions-focused. Your experience, your comfort, and your outcome are always at the center of what I do.
Outside of real estate, I’m usually spending time with my five amazing nieces and nephews, checking out new restaurants, or exploring with my loyal pup, Harper. I love traveling and have been rediscovering the magic of the Pacific Northwest, from the North Cascades to Leavenworth. The beach is my reset button, and when I’m not outdoors, you’ll find me listening to audiobooks or getting lost in a good read.
OUR MISSION
At Liz Anderson Properties we are dedicated to transforming you real estate experience by offering thoughtful marketing, personalized service and meaningful client interactions. Our goal is to create a space where clients become friends and every transaction feels like coming home.
Meet Charlotte Jean
Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I’m the Director of Operations and Transaction Coordinator here at Liz Anderson Properties. My role is to support you behind the scenes and keep everything running smoothly from the moment you go under contract until closing day. You may hear from me throughout your journey—by email, text, or even in person—and my goal is to make every step feel organized, clear, and stress-free.
I blend strategy, systems, and client care to help create the seamless, high-touch experience Liz is known for. From managing timelines and coordinating details to making sure communication stays smooth, I’m here to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. I love creating efficient processes, finding better ways to support our clients, and keeping everything on track when the moving pieces start multiplying.
You’ll see me in action during paperwork, updates, reminders, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your sale or relocation moving forward without the overwhelm. Think of me as the calm, organized voice making sure everything gets handled, so your experience feels supported from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom, and a lover of all things books—from business reads to true crime. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, exploring local wineries and farmers markets, and building LEGO creations with my son.
I can’t wait to help make your real estate experience feel smooth, supported, and maybe even a little bit fun.

A FEW OF OUR
FAVORITE THINGS
01. THE BEACH & TRAVEL
Liz recharges on the Washington coast in Seabrook, where her family has a home. It’s our favorite place to “run away” for business planning, team days, and a reset with fresh air and coastal calm. Liz has also been rediscovering Washington after spending much of her adult life away, with recent adventures to Walla Walla, Bellingham, and Leavenworth—each offering its own charm.
When we’re not road-tripping around the Pacific Northwest, we love escaping to sunny destinations for a little warmth and adventure. Lately, van-life style road trips have become a favorite way to explore, relax, and soak up the beauty of the open road.
02. SUPPORTING LOCAL & BUILDING COMMUNITY
Supporting local is at the heart of building a thriving community, and Olympia is full of incredible places to enjoy. We love timeless favorites like Olympia Olive Oil, Compass Rose, Archibald Sisters, Olympia Oyster House, and Browser’s Books, along with the Farmer’s Market and the ever-evolving downtown scene. There’s always something new to discover and someone new to support.
Community, for us, means lifting each other up and making a meaningful impact—whether that’s highlighting local businesses, giving back, or showing up for the organizations that strengthen Thurston County. These connections are part of what make this place feel like home.
From exploring local shops to supporting causes that matter, we believe every small action helps build a stronger, more connected community. And we’re grateful to be part of the heart of Olympia.
03. BOOKS
Charlotte and I are both book lovers with long “to-be-read” lists and a knack for sharing great recommendations. Books are my happy place, and I almost always have at least two going at once. Some of my favorites this past year include the Fourth Wing series by Rebecca Yarros, The Women by Kristin Hannah, the Wayward Pines series by Blake Crouch, and Happy Place by Emily Henry. Audiobooks are my go-to for long drives, turning every trip into a little adventure.
Thrillers and mysteries have always been my top picks, but lately I’ve been completely pulled into the magic of fantasy worlds. Whether it’s an edge-of-your-seat page-turner or a feel-good romance, Charlotte and I are always happy to swap recommendations—just give us a shout and let’s talk books.
04. A GIRL’S BEST FRIEND
Harper, my 7-year-old Pitbull, American Bulldog, and Boxer mix, is my constant companion and a true lover of all people. Whether she’s napping, cuddling, or sprinting across the beach, her joy for life is contagious. Her favorite activity—by a mile—is going for walks. She never says no to an adventure.
We love exploring local spots together, especially the beautiful Capitol Campus and the peaceful trails at Woodward Bay. On sunny days, you can usually find us relaxing in the hammock in my backyard, soaking up fresh air and enjoying the quiet moments. Harper also adores visiting my parents nearby and is always thrilled for family time.
She’s not just my dog—she’s family. With her big, happy smile and gentle personality, Harper brings so much love and joy into every day. And if you’re a fellow dog lover, I’m always excited to swap stories about our four-legged companions.
